[Purposes]In this experiment, thiourea, oleic acid, and diethylenetriamine were used as raw materials to synthesize thiourea imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitors.[Methods]The optimal material ratio was obtained by calculating the product yield, and the functional groups of the synthesized corrosion inhibitor were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to confirm the synthesis effect of the corrosion inhibitor.Static hanging weight loss experiments were conducted in corrosion media containing different corrosion inhibitors to calculate the corrosion rate of metals and the corrosion inhibition rate of agents, and the microstructure of the metal surface was analyzed and charac-terized.[Findings]When the ratio of oleic acid to diethylenetriamine is 1:0.8,the synthesis effect of the agent is optimal and the yield is the highest; When the content of traditional Chinese medicine in the cor-rosive medium increases, the corrosion inhibition ability of metals is enhanced. When the concentration reaches 150 mg/L,the corrosion inhibition ability is optimal.[Conclusions]Microscopic observation of the metal surface reveals that a stable metal passivation film is formed on the metal surface containing the agent, indicating that the agent has a good corrosion inhibition effect.
