摘要
[目的]探讨数字化时代档案工作高质量发展策略,推进档案工作高质量发展.[方法]通过文献分析法对国内外关于档案事业高质量发展的相关文献进行梳理,分析我国档案事业的发展现状.[结果]我国档案事业取得了长足发展,但随着时代的进步,档案利用效果不够显著,人才队伍建设需要加强,档案数字化建设还需要完善.[结论]从加强档案数字化建设、拓展开放共享路径、提升档案信息安全、加强档案人才队伍建设等方面对各主题薄弱之处提出完善思路,以期为新时期档案工作高质量发展提供建议.
Abstract
[Purposes]This paper aims to explore the high-quality development strategy of archival work in the digital era and promote the high-quality development of archival work.[Methods]Through the lit-erature analysis method,the relevant literature about the high-quality development of archives at home and abroad was combed,and the development status of archives in China was explored.[Findings]China's archives industry has made great progress,but with the progress of the times,the effect of ar-chives utilization is not significant enough,the construction of talent team needs to be strengthened,and the construction of archives digitization needs to be improved.[Conclusions]Therefore,this paper puts forward some ideas to improve the weaknesses of each theme from the aspects of strengthening the digiti-zation construction of archives,expanding the open sharing path,improving the security of archival infor-mation,and strengthening the construction of archival talents,so as to provide exploration for the high-quality development of archival work in the new era.
