Experimental Research on the Effect of Compressor Rotation Speed on the Refrigeration Performance of Air Source Heat Pump Unit
[Purposes]This paper aims study the effect of compressor speed on the cooling performance of air source heat pump system.[Methods]An air source heat pump unit system test bench with R410A as the refrigeration medium was constructed, and experiments were carried out in the standard enthalpy dif-ference laboratory.[Findings]Under the standard refrigeration working condition, when the compressor speed was increased from 2 500 r/min to 5 500 r/min,the refrigeration capacity of the system increased by 122.65%,the compressor power increased by 65.08%,and the COP and EER of the system increased by 34.87%and 46.99%,respectively;the exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure of the system in-creased,and the pressure ratio increased from 3.04 to 4.26,while the suction pressure shows a decreas-ing trend.[Conclusions]When the compressor speed is 2 500~4 500 r/min,the system is well matched;after the compressor speed is 4 500 r/min,the system is poorly matched;this paper provides experimen-tal data for the subsequent further optimization of inverter compressor on the performance of air condi-tioning or heat pump system for reference.
