摘要

[目的]通过改性麦草纤维素对苯胺吸附特性进行研究,建立紫外可见分光光度法吸附测定苯胺含量的方法.[方法]通过改变时间、初始浓度、温度和pH等试验变量,探寻最佳吸附条件.[结果]改性麦草纤维素对苯胺的吸附量随起始浓度的增加而增加,呈正相关.对苯胺的吸附60 min基本达到平衡;在25℃、pH=8.0时,吸附率达最大.改性麦草纤维素对苯胺有较好的吸附再生能力.[结论]改性麦草纤维素可以有效吸附苯胺,测定方法操作简单.

Abstract

[Purposes]A UV-VIS spectrophotometric method for the determination of aniline was estab-lished by studying the adsorption properties of modified wheatgrass cellulose for aniline.[Methods]The optimum adsorption conditions were explored by changing the experimental variables such as time,ini-tial mass concentration,temperature and pH.[Findings]The adsorption capacity of modified wheatgrass cellulose to aniline increased linearly with the increase of initial concentration,positive correlation.The adsorption of aniline reached the equilibrium in 60 min.At 25℃and pH=8.0,the adsorption rate reached the maximum.[Conclusions]Aniline can be effectively by the modified wheat grass cellulose,and method for determination is simple to operate.
