[目的]由于变电站建设的专业要求高、协调工作量大、周期短等,将BIM技术应用于变电站建设过程中,可提高变电站等电力工程的建设施工及管理水平.[方法]以某变电站直挂式SVG工程建设为例,对SVG装置内的电气设备模型建立、整站BIM模型整合、碰撞检查、施工模拟等建模过程进行论述,并根据设计要求指导工程现场实施.[结果]将BIM技术应用于SVG项目建设中,不仅可以在设计环节实现动态化调整各专业中存在的设计问题,而且可以在施工前对电气设备布局和线缆管路的连接、碰撞、干涉等中存在的设计漏洞进行规避,从而使整个项目建设进程中的风险得到有效把控.[结论]将BIM技术应用于电力工程建设中,利用数字信息对工程建设环节所涉及的设计内容和数据进行保存和传递,能有效提高建设效率,为后期工程建设和运维提供技术参考.
Application of BIM Technology in Direct-Hung SVG Project
[Purposes]In view of the characteristics of high professional requirements,large coordination workload and short construction period,the application of BIM technology in the field of substation con-struction can improve the construction and management level of substation and other power projects.[Methods]Taking the construction of SVG project of a substation as an example,the modeling process of electrical equipment model,the integration of BIM model of the whole station,collision inspection and construction simulation are discussed,and the site implementation of the project is guided according to the design requirements.[Findings]BIM technology is applied in the construction of SVG project to dy-namically adjust the design problems existing in each major in the design link.Meanwhile,the design loopholes such as electrical equipment layout and cable pipeline connection collision interference are avoided before the construction,so that the risk of the whole project construction process can be effec-tively controlled.[Conclusions]BIM technology is used in the power engineering construction,and the design content and data involved in the engineering construction link are preserved and transmitted through digital information,so as to improve the construction efficiency and provide technical reference for the later engineering construction and operation and maintenance.
