摘要
[目的]为解决一种直径与正常卷烟相同但长度较短的新型卷烟输送对接问题,设计了一种柜式先进先出卷烟存储输送装置.[方法]该装置由执行系统和控制系统组成,执行系统由提升机、高位输送器、先进先出储柜、低位输送器等组成;控制系统由嵌入式PLC、伺服电机、料位检测组件等组成.首先,通过提升机抬高烟支烟流,输送至先进先出储柜;其次,由料位检测组件监控烟流高度和输送速度,当速度不匹配时,控制先进先出储柜收缩或扩容;最后,烟流经过低位输送器输送至下游设备.[结果]该装置主要用于卷接包生产线上,通过将上游设备与下游设备柔性地连接起来进行先进先出,完成烟支的自动输送、存储和缓冲调节.[结论]该装置使卷接包生产线实现高度自动化,满足新型烟草的转运输送需求,提高了整条生产线的工作效率,且装置运行稳定可靠,操作简单,便于维护.
Abstract
[Purposes]In order to solve a new type of tobacco transportation docking problem with a shorter length and ordinary cigarettes,a cabinet-type advanced cigarette storage and transportation de-vice was designed.[Methods]This device consists of an execution system and a control system.The ex-ecution system consists of components such as improving machines,high-level conveyors,advanced first-level storage cabinets,low-level conveyors;the control system consists of embedded PLC,servo motor,material detection component,etc.By increasing the cigarettes,the cigarette flow is transported to the advanced first-out storage cabinet,and the height of the smoke flow and conveying speed by the ma-terial detection component is monitored.When the speed does not match,control the advancement of ad-vanced storage cabinet contraction and expansion,The low-level conveyor is transported to the down-stream device.[Findings]This conveyor is mainly used on the roll production line.The upstream equip-ment is flexibly connected to the downstream equipment to make the advanced first,and the automatic transportation,storage and buffering adjustment tasks of the cigarette branch are completed.[Conclu-sions]This device enables high-speed automation of the roll-up package production line,meets the de-mand for new tobacco transfer transportation,improves the effective operating rate of the entire production line,and has advantages like stable and reliable operation,simple operation,and convenient maintenance.
