Numerical Simulation Calculation of"Two Zones"Development Height in Haiwan Coal Mine
[Purposes]The development law of roof caving zone and water flowing fractured zone in 42211 working face of Haiwan Coal Mine is studied,and its influence range on working face mining is explored.[Methods]Based on the derivation and calculation of empirical formula,FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to simulate the height variation of"two zones"of overlying strata under vertical stress distribution and tensile stress field distribution at different advancing distances.[Findings]Through FLAC3D numerical simulation,the development height of"two zones"in 42211 working face was ob-tained.[Conclusions]The results of numerical simulation are close to those of empirical formula,which can provide reference and research methods for the measured development height of ' two zones ' in this kind of working face.
