摘要
[目的]虽然江西省科技成果转化取得了一定成效,但与发达省(区、市)相比,江西省高校、科研院所和企业成果转化率仍较低,亟须探索科技成果转化方式.[方法]分析科技成果收储的内涵、意义及潜在问题,借鉴山东省、湖北省专利收储转化经验,提出江西省科技成果收储转化路径.[结果]针对上述问题,从组建运营机构、建立收储转化基金、搭建成果转化平台等方面提出江西省科技成果收储转化的对策建议.[结论]通过将高等院校、科研院所、企事业单位及个人具有产业化前景的科技成果进行集中管理和运营,挖掘和发现科技成果的市场价值,促进科技成果转移转化,推动科技与经济社会发展紧密结合.
Abstract
[Purposes]Although the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangxi Province has achieved certain results,compared with developed provinces and cities,the transformation rate of achievements in universities,research institutes,and enterprises in Jiangxi Province is still rela-tively low,and there is an urgent need to explore ways to transform scientific and technological achieve-ments.[Methods]This paper analyzes the connotation,significance,and potential problems of the collec-tion and storage of scientific and technological achievements,draws on the experience of patent collec-tion and transformation in Shandong province and Hubei province,and proposes a path for the collection and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangxi Province.[Findings]This study proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the collection,storage,and transformation of scien-tific and technological achievements in Jiangxi Province from the aspects of establishing operational in-stitutions,establishing collection,storage,and transformation funds,and building achievement transfor-mation platforms to address the aforementioned issues.[Conclusions]Through centralized management and operation of scientific and technological achievements with industrialization prospects in higher edu-cation institutions,research institutes,enterprises and institutions,and individuals,the market value of scientific and technological achievements can be explored and discovered,promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and promoting the close integration of sci-ence and technology with economic and social development.
