Research on Development Innovation Mechanism of Strategic Emerging Industry Convergence Cluster in Hebei Province
[Purposes]This paper analyzes and sorts out the development status and existing problems of the strategic emerging industry convergence cluster in Hebei Province,explores and improves the innova-tive development strategy of the strategic emerging industry convergence cluster,and establishes the sup-port system of the strategic emerging industry convergence cluster.[Methods]Through the comprehen-sive application of literature analysis,comparative analysis and data analysis,the development status of the strategic emerging industry convergence cluster in Hebei Province is elaborated,and the existing problems in its development are summarized.And this paper discusses the development and innovation mechanism of Hebei Province's strategic emerging industry convergence cluster.[Findings]At present,the industrial distribution pattern of Hebei Province has been basically delineated,the industrial struc-ture continues to optimize,the economy is growing steadily,and the industrial development goes hand in hand,but there are still many problems,such as the relatively unreasonable industrial structure layout,low industrial level,insufficient innovation ability,and the lack of high-end talent.[Conclusions]It is suggested to optimize the development mechanism of strategic emerging industries in Hebei Province by strengthening the top-level design,optimizing the spatial layout,improving the coordination ability among clusters,and attracting high-end talents,so as to promote the high-quality economic development of Hebei Province.
