电气化铁路接触网腕臂预配模拟计算技术应用研究

[目的]在电气化铁路线路速度等级和接触网安装精度的要求下,接触网腕臂多采用现场安装后再进行人工调整的方式.为了提高接触网腕臂的施工效率,需要对接触网腕臂进行模拟计算.[方法]通过建立模拟计算几何和约束模型,搭建接触网腕臂模拟计算平台,利用平台对现场采集到的数据进行模拟计算.[结果]对模拟计算的结果进行核查无误后生成模拟计算图表.[结论]通过对接触网腕臂进行模拟计算,能够实现接触网在各种工况下腕臂管件的精细化、高效化加工和一次性预配安装,有效地降低了施工工期和成本,提高了安装精度.
Research on the Application of Simulated Calculation Technology in Pre-installation of Electrified Railway OCS Cantilever
[Purposes]In situations where the speed level of railway lines and the installation accuracy of the overhead contact system are relatively low,the overhead contact system cantilever is often adjusted manually after on-site installation.In order to improve the construction efficiency of the overhead con-tact system,the simulation calculation theory of the overhead contact system is studied.[Methods]By es-tablishing a simulation calculation geometry and constraint model,and then building a overhead contact system cantilever simulation calculation platform,the platform is used to simulate and calculate the data collected on site.[Findings]After verifying the results of the simulation calculation,a simulation calcu-lation chart is generated.[Conclusions]By simulating and calculating the cantilever of the overhead con-tact system,it is possible to achieve precise and efficient processing of the cantilever pipe fittings under various working conditions of the overhead contact system,as well as one-time pre-installation,which ef-fectively reduces the construction period and cost,and improves installation accuracy.
