面向数字孪生流域的多尺度三维数据底板建设

[目的]数据底板是数字孪生相关项目建设的第一要务,是数字孪生流域"四预"目标实现的"基石".[方法]根据水利部智慧水利实施方案和流域信息化需求,提出了基于地理空间数据的多尺度三维数字底板建设方案思路,明确了三维场景数据底板构建的目标,提出了多来源、多尺度数字孪生底板数据构建的具体方式,阐明了底板建设过程中包括数据来源、数据获取、数据治理、数据融合的理论和方法.[结果]通过实践,细化了L1~L3级数据底板的建设内容和技术路线,提供了完整的数字孪生项目数据底板建设的思路和方法.[结论]通过三级数据底板建设与共享,构建了高精度、可视化场景,为智慧防汛、水资源管理与调配等业务化应用提供了强有力的数据支撑.
Construction of Multi-scale 3D Data Base Plate for Digital Twin Watershed
[Purposes]Data base plate is the first task of the construction of digital twinning related proj-ects,and the"cornerstone"of the realization of the"four pre-projects"of digital twinning watershed.[Methods]According to the smart water conservancy implementation plan of the Ministry of Water Re-sources of the People's Republic of China and the information requirements of the basin,this paper pro-poses a multi-scale three-dimensional digital baseboard construction scheme based on geospatial data,defines the goal of three-dimensional scene data baseboard construction,and puts forward the specific way of multi-source and multi-scale digital twin baseboard data construction.The theory and method of data source,data acquisition,data governance and data fusion are expounded in the process of floor con-struction.[Findings]Through practice,the construction content and technical route of L1-L3 data back-board are refined,and the complete idea and method of digital twin project data backboard construction are given.[Conclusions]Through the construction and sharing of the three-level floor,the high-precision visual scene is constructed,which can provide strong data support for business applications such as intelligent flood prevention,water resources management and deployment.
