飞机起落架支撑杆稳定性及强度分析

[目的]飞机起落架是飞机非常重要的组成部分之一,由于起落架支撑杆强度盈余量较大,可考虑对其结构进行相关研究以达到减重目的.[方法]使用ABAQUS软件对圆筒结构的飞机起落架支撑杆进行线性屈曲分析和静强度分析,根据结果云图可知材料强度盈余量较大,从充分发挥材料的性能和降低起落架整体重量考虑,使用三种方式对支撑杆进行结构改进.[结果]根据仿真分析结果可知,腹板填充式支撑杆结构不能实现起落架支撑杆减重设计,波纹填充式支撑杆结构以及蜂窝填充式结构在减少起落架支撑杆重量的基础上仍具有较好的力学性能.[结论]波纹填充式支撑杆结构和铝蜂窝填充式结构在满足支撑杆稳定性条件和强度条件的基础上可以达到减重目的,也为后续起落架轻量化设计等相关研究及工程应用提供一定的思路.
Stability and Strength Analysis of Aircraft Landing Gear Support Rods
[Purposes]The landing gear of an aircraft is one of the most important components.Due to the large strength surplus of the landing gear support rods,it is necessary to conduct relevant research on its structure to achieve weight reduction.[Methods]This article uses ABAQUS software to perform linear buckling analysis and static strength analysis on the cylindrical structure of aircraft landing gear support rods.According to the result cloud map,it can be seen that the material strength surplus is large.Consid-ering fully utilizing the material's performance and reducing the overall weight of the landing gear,three methods are used to improve the structure of the support rods.[Findings]According to the simulation analysis results,it can be seen that the belly plate filled support rod structure cannot achieve weight re-duction design for landing gear support rods.The corrugated filled support rod structure and honeycomb filled structure still have good mechanical properties on the basis of reducing the weight of landing gear support rods.[Conclusions]The corrugated filled support rod structure and honeycomb filled structure can achieve weight reduction on the basis of meeting the stability and strength conditions of the support rod,and provide certain ideas for subsequent research and engineering applications such as lightweight design of landing gear.
