Spatial-temporal Pattern Analysis of Comprehensive Utilization Effi-ciency of Water,Soil and Energy Resources in the Yellow River Basin
[Purposes]This paper aims to explore the influencing factors of the comprehensive utilization efficiency of water, soil and energy resources in the Yellow River Basin, and to understand the compre-hensive utilization of local resources.[Methods]By collecting and sorting out the relevant data of the sta-tistical yearbook, the Malmquist total factor productivity index was used to analyze the changes in the comprehensive utilization efficiency of water, soil and energy resources in 70 prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2019.[Findings]In terms of time, the comprehensive utilization ef-ficiency of water, soil and energy resources in the Yellow River Basin decreased first and then increased, and the overall level was on the rise.In terms of space, the comprehensive utilization efficiency of water, soil and energy resources in the Yellow River Basin in the western region is the highest and that in the eastern region is the second, and the comprehensive utilization efficiency of resources in the central re-gion is the lowest.Technological progress plays a decisive role in the comprehensive utilization effi-ciency of resources.[Conclusions]This paper provides a reference for improving the comprehensive uti-lization efficiency of water, soil and energy resources in the Yellow River Basin, implementing the eco-logical environment protection policy in the Yellow River Basin, and realizing the safe and stable devel-opment of the economy and society in the Yellow River Basin.
