新型半流体动态密封材料及密封技术研究

[目的]针对现有固态封孔材料无法封堵新生裂隙,导致瓦斯抽采后期效果变差的问题,开发一种由黏结性材料、膨胀剂和颗粒填充材料等配置而成的新型有机黏液封孔材料.[方法]首先对新型有机黏液的黏度、保水性、膨胀性和密封包裹性进行测试分析,然后对原有的"三堵两注"封孔装置进行改进,研制与新型有机黏液配套使用的三囊袋分段式封孔器.在现场测试阶段,根据试验工作面条件制定顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔方案,采用水泥封孔材料和新型有机黏液封孔材料进行对比试验.[结果]在30 d的观测期内,采用新型有机黏液封孔的钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度和纯量均大于采用水泥封孔的钻孔.[结论]新型半流体动态密封材料密封包裹性优于水泥封孔材料,对瓦斯抽采效果提升明显.
Research on New Semifluid Dynamic Sealing Materials and Sealing Technology
[Purposes]Aiming at the problem that the existing solid sealing material can not plug the na-scent fissure,which leads to the poor effect in the late stage of gas extraction,a new organic mucous seal-ing material is developed,which is composed of adhesive material,expansion agent and particle filling material.[Methods]Firstly,the viscosity,water retention,expansion and sealing properties of the new or-ganic mucus were tested and analyzed,and then the original"three plug and two injection"sealing de-vice was improved,and the three-bag piecework sealing device used with the new organic mucus was de-veloped.In the field test stage,the sealing scheme of gas extraction borehole along bedding was first de-veloped according to the test working face conditions,and the cement sealing material and the new or-ganic mucous sealing material were used for comparative experiments.[Findings]During the observa-tion period of 30 days,the gas extraction concentration and purity of the boreholes sealed with the new or-ganic mucus were greater than that of the boreholes sealed with cement.[Conclusions]The sealing and wrapping property of the new semi-fluid dynamic sealing material is better than that of the cement seal-ing material,and the effect of gas extraction is improved significantly.
