Research on the Status Quo and High-Quality Development Counter-measures of the"High Pollution and High Energy-consuming"Indus-try in Henan Province
[Purposes]This paper aims to propose management strategies and suggestions for the"High Pollution and High Energy-consuming"industries in Henan Province,and promote the further improve-ment of green development levels in related industries.[Methods]Through data analysis and on-site re-search,this paper identifies the key issues and constraints of green and low-carbon development in the"High Pollution and High Energy-consuming"industries in Henan Province,and proposes suggestions for improvement and transformation.[Findings]The"High Pollution and High Energy-consuming"in-dustry is an important component of the industrial system in Henan Province,and it is also an important factor affecting the environmental quality of some regions in our province.Some of the"High Pollution and High Energy-consuming"industries have low equipment levels,and there is still room for further im-provement in pollution control.It is difficult to ensure the environmental elements of the proposed"High Pollution and High Energy-consuming"project.Some emerging industries have significant potential en-vironmental impacts,and there is an urgent need to introduce relevant industry policies to regulate and guide them.[Conclusions]The ecological environment department should strengthen top-level design,strengthen environmental impact assessment approval,strictly control access barriers,implement tar-geted efforts for industries related to"High Pollution and High Energy-consuming",fill the gaps in pollu-tion control,and improve the effectiveness of pollution control and emission reduction.
