Research on the Training Path of Technology Transfer Talents in Shandong Province
[Purposes]Accelerating the cultivation of high-level technology transfer talents is of great sig-nificance for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and promoting the deep integration of innovation chains,industrial chains,funding chains,and talent chains.Based on problem orientation,this paper researches and analyzes the current situation of talent transfer in Shan-dong Province,proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the cultivation of professional and technical transfer talents in Shandong Province,and provides reference for the cultivation of technology transfer talents in Shandong Province and other provinces and cities.[Methods]By conducting research from three dimensions:the cultivation of technology transfer talents in advanced provinces and cities abroad,the cultivation of technology transfer talents in Shandong Province,and the construction of tech-nology transfer talent cultivation bases in Shandong Province,the main problems and bottlenecks faced by the cultivation of technology transfer talents in Shandong Province are analyzed and studied.[Find-ings]At present,there are still problems in the cultivation of technology transfer talents in Shandong Province,such as a lack of systematic training and training mechanisms for technology transfer talents,a lack of widespread social recognition and recognition for technology transfer talents,weak market-oriented operation and self generating ability of technology transfer talent training bases,and the need to strengthen the encouragement and support policies for technology transfer talents.[Conclusions]Shan-dong Province should focus on standardizing the professional training of technology transfer talents throughout the province,improving the development mechanism of technology transfer talents,increasing support for the cultivation of technology transfer talent training bases,and accelerating the cultivation of a high-level specialized technology transfer talent team to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
