Statistical Analysis and Countermeasures on the Registration of Scien-tific and Technological Achievements in Jiangxi Province

摘要
[目的]科技成果登记是科技管理的关键组成部分,掌握江西省科技成果登记情况,能为科技管理决策提供数据支持,进一步推动江西省科技成果转移转化.[方法]通过数理计算方法,从成果完成总量、应用技术成果总量和基础理论成果总量3个方面统计分析江西省2022年科技成果登记状况.[结果]江西省2022年科技成果登记总量较上年有明显增加,共登记科技成果1 705项,同比增长39.98%.其中,应用技术成果数量达1 440项,比上年增长40.08%;基础理论成果数量达265项,比上年增长39.47%.[结论]通过对江西省科技成果登记数据的分析及相关问题的掌握,更好地为政府机构和科研院所的科技决策等工作提供参考依据,助推江西省科技成果转移转化.
Abstract
[Purposes]The registration of scientific and technological achievements is a crucial component of scientific and technological management.Understanding the registration of scientific and technologi-cal achievements can provide support for scientific and technological management decisions and further promote the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in our province.[Methods]Through mathematical calculation method,the registration status of scientific and technologi-cal achievements in Jiangxi Province in 2022 is statistically analyzed from three aspects:the total amount of achievements completed,the total amount of applied technological achievements and the total amount of basic theoretical achievements.[Findings]The research findings indicate that the total num-ber of technological achievements registered in our province in 2022 has significantly increased,with a total of 1705 technological achievements registered,representing a 39.98%increase over the previous year.Among them,the number of applied technological achievements reached 1440,a 40.08%increase from the previous year;the number of basic theoretical achievements reached 265,a 39.47%increase from the previous year.[Conclusions]Through the analysis of the registration data of scientific and tech-nological achievements in Jiangxi Province and the mastery of related problems,this paper can better provide reference for the scientific and technological decision-making of government departments and scientific research institutes,and promote the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangxi Province.
