军用装备软件敏捷研发过程模型研究

[目的]当前军用装备软件在研发过程中存在着用户需求与研制能力之间的矛盾,主要体现在软件研发效率、产品质量、管理过程等方面.为解决这些问题,结合本地最佳实践,提出一种军用装备软件敏捷研发过程模型.[方法]通过军用软件产品研发体系研究,在工程过程即研发域开展敏捷性设计,在项目管理过程即管理域开展合规性设计,运用数据模型、权衡算法、量化管理等基础共性技术进行敏捷研发过程参数调校与项目实践,固化军用软件敏捷研发过程模型.[结果]该研究构建的军用软件敏捷研发过程模型,不仅解决了工程过程中方案权衡决策这一重点问题,还结合GJB5000B等军标要求解决了敏捷过程和管理要求的合规性这一难题.[结论]通过共性基础模型与通用管理方法的实际应用,表明所建立的敏捷研发过程体系能够契合军用软件新时代高效创新的研制要求.
Research on Agile Development Process Model of Military Equipment Software
[Purposes]In the current military equipment software R&D,there are a series of contradic-tions between user requirements and the actual situation of the research and development units,mainly reflected in the inefficient R&D capabilities,product quality and process management.In or-der to solve these prominent problems,it is necessary to carry out new technology research and appli-cation such as agile R&D on the basis of combining local best practices.[Methods]Through the re-search of military software product R&D system,agile design is carried out in the engineering pro-cess,namely the R&D domain,and compliance design is carried out in the project management pro-cess,namely the management domain.Data model,trade-off algorithm,quantitative management and other basic common technologies are used to adjust the parameters of the agile R&D process and project practice,and solidify the agile R&D process model of military software.[Findings]The agile R&D process model of military software constructed by this study not only solves the key problem of scheme trade-off decision in the engineering process,but also solves the difficult problem of match-ing the agile process and management requirements combined with military standards like GJB5000B.[Conclusions]Through the practical application of the common basic model and gen-eral management methods,it is shown that the established agile R&D process system can meet the requirements of efficient innovation in the new era of military software.
