城市轨道交通列车救援方案选择与应用实践

[目的]在高峰时段行车间隔不断缩小的情况下,城市轨道交通一旦发生故障,且在一定时间内无法完成故障处置并动车,故障车后续列车将严重拥堵,故障列车与前车之间会产生较大运行间隔,因此如何快速、安全地采用救援组织方法将故障列车撤离正线尤为重要.[方法]选取后方列车为救援车,以正线就近存车线及车厂(终点站折返线)作为退出服务位置,建立救援方案集;结合事故事件定责情况,以最大晚点时间及连续中断时间最短为优化目标,建立救援路径选择模型.[结果]通过实例进行验证,确定线路不同位置发生故障时最优的救援路径.[结论]救援方案集、救援路径选择模型可应用于不同线路,为调度员组织救援及调整行车提供支撑,保障列车运行秩序,减小对运营服务的影响.
Train Rescue Plan Selection Discussion and Application Practice in Urban Rail Transit
[Purposes]In the case of shrinking traffic intervals during the peak time,once the urban rail transit train breaks down,the train would be unable to complete fault handling and run within a certain pe-riod of time,which will result a serious congestion and a large headway between faulty train and front train.So it is important to remove the faulty train from the main line by adopting better rescue organization method.[Methods]This paper selects the rear facing train regard as the rescue train in this text and the nearest storage line and depot(terminal turn-back line)as the exit service location to establish a rescue plan set;based on the determination of responsibility for accidents and events,this paper a rescue path se-lection model.[Findings]The optimal rescue path when faults occur at different locations is determined by validating through instances.[Conclusions]Rescue plan sets and path selection model could apply to different lines to provide support for dispatcher rescue organization and train operation adjustment,en-sure the order of train operation,and reduce the impact of operational services.
