摘要

[目的]明确某蒸氨塔内填料支撑的应力和变形情况.[方法]运用ANSYS Workbench对此填料支撑进行了建模和有限元分析.[结果]通过求解发现,支撑栅板中心区域及支撑梁中心段出现稍微变形,由此可知大型填料塔设置支撑梁的重要性;此外,由扁钢焊接而成的栅板刚度有限.[结论]辅助支撑的宽度不宜过窄,应不低于100 mm;与支撑梁之间的空白区域不宜过长,单侧空白区域弧长应不超过310 mm.

Abstract

[Purposes]This paper aims to determine the stress and deformation of packing support in an ammonia distillation column.[Methods]The modeling and finite element analysis of the packing support was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.[Findings]Through analyzing,it is found that the center area of the support grid plate and the center section of the support beam are slightly deformed,which shows the importance of setting the support beam in the large packed tower.In addition,the grid plate welded from flat steel has limited stiffness.[Conclusions]The width of the auxiliary support should not be too narrow,and should not be less than 100 mm;the blank area among the support beams should not be too long,and the arc length of the unilateral blank area should not exceed 310 mm.
