[目的]在知识产权视域下,探讨语言应急技术和服务的保护措施和创新路径.[方法]通过理论综述、比较研究的方法,从现状、趋势、机理、对策等方面建构研究框架.[结果]知识产权作为一种法律工具,可以为语言应急提供有力支撑,推动技术和服务的高质量发展.[结论]通过完善数字版权、健全专利保护机制、强化市场激励、优化人才培养和开展国际合作等路径,满足新形势下语言应急在社会、商业和科技领域的应用需求.
Abstract
[Purposes]Within the purview of intellectual property,this study aims to explore the protec-tive measures and innovative pathways for emergency language technologies and services.[Methods]By employing methods of theoretical review and comparative research,the study constructs a research frame-work based on the current status,trends,mechanisms,and strategic measures.[Findings]Intellectual property,as a legal instrument,can provide robust support for emergency language services,thus propel-ling the high-quality development of technology and services.[Conclusion]By improving digital copy-right,reinforcing patent protection mechanisms,strengthening market incentives,optimizing talent culti-vation,and engaging in international cooperation,it is possible to meet the application demands of emer-gency language services in the social,commercial,and scientific and technological fields under new cir-cumstances.
