摘要
[目的]研究河南省科技金融发展的协同创新模式,有助于数字赋能科技金融新模式,更好地推动河南省科技金融事业发展.[方法]从科技金融政策、科技金融平台建设等方面分析河南省科技金融的发展情况以及区域差异.[结果]河南省东部地区科技金融与科技创新的发展较为先进,中部、西部地区的科技创新活动受到科技金融发展的限制,其规模、效益都相对较低.[结论]河南省应打造一种数字赋能科技金融新模式,从而更好地服务河南省科技创新事业.
Abstract
[Purposes]In order to better promote the development of technology finance in Henan Prov-ince and create a new model of digital technology finance,it is necessary to study the collaborative inno-vation model of technology finance development in Henan Province.[Methods]This paper analyzes the development status and regional differences of science and technology finance in Henan Province from the aspects of policy,platform construction,and fiscal expenditure.[Findings]The development of sci-ence and technology finance and innovation in the eastern region of Henan Province is relatively ad-vanced,while the science and technology innovation activities in the central and western regions are lim-ited by the development of science and technology finance,and their scale and efficiency are relatively low.[Conclusions]Henan Province should develop a new model of digital empowerment technology fi-nance to better serve the scientific and technological innovation cause in Henan Province.
