Current Situation and Improvement Suggestions of the Transformation System of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Kaifeng Under the Background of Innovation-driven Development
[Purposes]This paper aims to solve the difficulties in the transformation of scientific and tech-nological achievements in Kaifeng,improve the transformation system of scientific and technological achievements,promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and create an in-fluential Zhengzhou-Kaifeng science and innovation corridor in the Central Plains city cluster[Methods]Based on the current situation of the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achieve-ments in Kaifeng,the paper analyzed the policies and regulations of science and technology in Kaifeng,the construction of innovation platform,the attracting of talents,the cooperation of industry,university and research,and the financial support.[Findings]Through the research,it was found that there were some problems in Kaifeng,such as lack of coordination mechanism in the transformation policy of scien-tific and technological achievements,single function of incubator,insufficient impetus for enterprise in-novation,science and technology intermediary service system to be improved,insufficient deep integra-tion of science and technology and finance,etc.,and the system of scientific and technological achieve-ments transformation needed to be improved.[Conclusions]It is proposed that Kaifeng should improve the policy system,promote the construction of service platform,innovate the development mode of institutions,increase the efforts to attract talents,strengthen the development of intermediary institutions and financial support,so as to further improve the system of scientific and technological achievements transformation and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into new quality productivity.
