A Multi-Functional Nursing Bed with Modular Design
[Purposes]To improve the bed experience of the elderly and people with mobility difficulties,assist rehabilitation and improve the comfort and multi-function convenience of the nursing beds,a multi-functional nursing bed with modular design is introduced,involving the field of smart home and medical care.[Methods]The nursing bed features a four-section folding bed plate design,allowing flexible adjustment of angles for sitting and sleeping positions using hydraulic rod and multistage lever structure;the bed sets a variety of auxiliary functions,such as auxiliary bed,toilet,reading,diet,etc.,to meet the daily needs of users;in addition,the modular design combines the bed,wheelchair and stretcher for mul-tiple uses.[Findings]Through motion simulation and stress analysis of key components,it can be seen that the structural design is reasonable,and the lightweight design on the basis of ensuring the strength of parts is carried out.[Conclusions]Compared with the traditional nursing bed,the nursing bed improves the use comfort through multi-mode adjustment,and improves the multi-purpose convenience through switching.
