[目的]为了保障基坑施工安全,需要对基坑围护结构实施变形监测并对变化规律进行研究.[方法]以新乡市某房建工程深基坑开挖为对象,结合当地地质情况,通过建立变形测量控制网,对基坑开挖过程中围护结构形变情况及周边建筑物沉降情况进行定期监测.[结果]研究表明,围护结构墙体向基坑内位移趋势明显,位移极大点随开挖深度下移,本基坑最大位移离开挖面向下1~2 m;周边建筑物变形位移量与至基坑的距离具有相关性,距离远则沉降量小,距离近则沉降量大,土方回填结束后沉降趋于稳定.[结论]针对基坑监测探讨了三类常见问题并提出了纠正措施,提高了基坑监测技术应用的有效性,保证了基坑施工过程的稳定性与安全性.
Monitoring Analysis of Foundation Pit Retaining Structure
[Purposes]In order to ensure the safety of foundation pit construction,it is necessary to moni-tor the deformation of foundation pit retaining structure and study the variation law.[Methods]Taking the deep foundation pit excavation of a housing construction project in Xinxiang City as an object,this paper combines the local geological conditions,and carries out regular monitoring of the deformation of the enclosure structure and the settlement of the surrounding buildings during the excavation of the foun-dation pit by establishing a deformation measurement control network.[Findings]It was found that:the wall of the enclosure structure to the pit displacement trend is obvious,the maximum displacement point moves down with the excavation depth,and the maximum displacement of the foundation pit is 1~2 m away from the excavation face;the settlement is small when the distance is far,and the settlement is large when the distance is close.The settlement tends to stabilize after the end of the backfilling of the earth.[Con-clusions]This study discusses three types of common problems and proposes corrective measures for pit monitoring,which improves the effectiveness of the application of pit monitoring technology and ensures the stability and safety of the pit construction process.
