[目的]梳理XBC电池工艺和设备的主要技术环节,着重研究当前光伏行业头部企业的技术布局现状.[方法]统计XBC电池主要技术环节的专利文献,以及国内外重要申请人,分析了主要技术环节的演变路线和头部企业的研发重点.[结果]头部企业基本采用多技术路线并行的研究策略,寻找工艺最优解,同时为未来的市场产品迭代储备技术力量.以隆基绿能、爱旭、Maxeon为首的头部企业已率先开启XBC电池扩产.[结论]简化工艺步骤、降低制造成本,是实现XBC电池产业化的关键因素.
Technological Overview of XBC Photovoltaic Cell
[Purposes]The XBC technology process and equipment are analyzed,and the patent technol-ogy status of the leading enterprises in the photovoltaic industry is sorted out.[Methods]The main tech-nical links of XBC photovoltaic cell patent literature,as well as important applicants at home and abroad are sorted out,and the evolution of the main technical links and the research focus of the head enter-prises were analyzed.[Findings]The head enterprises basically adopt the research strategy of multiple technical routes in parallel to find the optimal solution of the process and reserve the technical force for the future market product iteration.Leading companies led by LONGi,AIKO and Maxeon have taken the lead in opening XBC battery expansion.[Conclusions]Simplifying process steps and reducing manu-facturing costs are key factors to realize the industrialization of XBC batteries.
