摘要
[目的]近年来,各地方优势产业创新主体的专利服务需求和专利授权审查周期过长的矛盾日益凸显,需进行相关研究.[方法]聚焦提高专利审查效率的专利预审服务,依据相关专利法律法规,以西安市知识产权保护中心为实施主体解析快速预审服务的全流程.[结果]结合预审服务的关键事项,剖析了申请过程中的诸多注意事项.[结论]为创新主体专利申请事项提供参考依据.
Abstract
[Purposes]In recent years,the demand for patent services from innovative entities in advanta-geous industries in various regions is growing rapidly,while the patent authorization review cycle is too long,and the contradiction between the two is becoming increasingly prominent.[Methods]This study fo-cuses on improving the efficiency of patent examination through patent pre-examination services.In ac-cordance with relevant patent laws and regulations,the Xi'an Intellectual Property Protection Center is taken as the implementing entity to analyze the entire process of rapid pre examination services.[Find-ings]Combined with the key matters of pre-examination service,many matters needing attention in the application process are analyzed.[Conclusions]This paper provides valuable reference for innovative subject patent application matters.
