Research on the Transformation Path of Scientific and Technological Achievements Guided by the Government
[Purposes]In the context of technological innovation and industrial development,this paper explores how the government can effectively guide the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from research laboratories to markets through policies,financial support,and cross depart-mental cooperation,thereby promoting economic development and social progress.[Methods]This study evaluates the role and efficiency of existing policy environments,financial support systems,and cross de-partmental cooperation frameworks in the process of transforming scientific and technological achieve-ments.The study specifically focuses on the transparency of policy implementation and the impact of pub-lic participation.[Findings]The study found that there are deficiencies in the execution and cross de-partmental coordination of current policies.However,by adjusting policies,enhancing fiscal incentives,and promoting domestic and international cooperation,the efficiency and economic benefits of transform-ing scientific and technological achievements can be significantly improved.[Conclusions]Effective gov-ernment guidance can greatly promote the marketization process of scientific and technological achieve-ments.The flexible adjustment of policies,strengthening evaluation and feedback mechanisms,building a collaborative network for scientific and technological innovation,and promoting public-private coopera-tion models are key to improving transformation efficiency.These strategies can not only accelerate the marketization process of technological achievements,but also enhance the international competitiveness of the country and promote sustainable economic and social development.
