Development Status and Problems and Countermeasures of Integrated Government Service Platform
[Purposes]This paper aims to sort out the development status of the integrated government ser-vice platform and analyze the existing problems and propose solutions.[Methods]Firstly,the overall situ-ation of the development of integrated government service platform at home and abroad is analyzed,then the existing problems in the development of integrated government service platform in our country are analyzed,and finally the corresponding solutions are proposed.[Findings]The development trend of global e-government continued to move forward,and the service level of domestic government data man-agement was significantly improved,but there were still problems such as digital security,digital divide,and platform service quality.[Conclusions]In view of the problems existing in the development of China's integrated government affairs service platform,this paper puts forward countermeasures and sug-gestions on building and improving the security system,promoting the overall linkage of government af-fairs service,optimizing the process of government affairs service,etc.,in order to provide useful inspira-tion for the next construction of the integrated government affairs service platform,and finally realize the"one network"and"one network for all"of national government affairs service.
