The Practical Challenges and Realization Path of Comprehensively Pro-moting Rural Revitalization in Economically Underdeveloped Areas
[Purposes]This paper aims to deeply understand the significance of the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy in solving the"three rural problems"and driving the transformation of agriculture and rural modernization,and to study and propose a rural revitalization strategy that is different from the strategies in the economically developed central and eastern regions and is consistent with the current situation of economically underdeveloped areas.[Methods]Starting from the perspective of economically underdeveloped areas,this study investigates the real challenges faced by these areas,summarizes the problems existing in the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization,and explores the strategic path of rural revitalization that is suitable for economically underdeveloped areas.[Findings]Measures are put forward such as promoting rural revitalization in economically underdeveloped areas by enhancing gov-ernment support intensity,formulating more scientific and reasonable policy measures,and unleashing the inherent vitality of rural and agricultural development;optimizing the interest linkage mechanism,improv-ing the income structure of agricultural product producers,and enhancing their economic benefits through guidance and market regulation;integrating ecological civilization concepts,developing tourism with depth and cultural connotations,and transforming ecological advantages into growth points;strengthening.The construction of rural education and pension system,comprehensively enhancing the overall quality of rural talent team,and building a solid human foundation for rural revitalization.[Conclusions]In order to pro-mote comprehensive rural revitalization in economically underdeveloped areas,it is necessary to focus on four aspects,namely government support,interest linkage,ecological civilization,and public services,and actively explore practical pathways of rural revitalization that are tailored to local conditions.
