Research on the Application of 3D Simulation Technology Based on Tekla Structures
[Purposes]In order to guarantee the engineering quality and improve the construction effi-ciency of complex prefabricated steel structure buildings, the engineering application of 3D simulation technology was studied.[Methods]Taking a prefabricated steel structure project in Zhengzhou as an ex-ample,three-dimensional collision analysis module built in Tekla Structures was used to optimize the collision problem. And the refined three-dimensional simulation was carried out,the whole construction process of the main truss and the secondary truss of the first to the fourth part of the roof project is simu-lated and analyzed, and the reasonable construction scheme is determined.[Findings]The collision problem between steel beam stiffener and horizontal support is found and optimized design is carried out.Through 3D simulation, the reasonable construction scheme of roof truss is determined, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the project progress is obviously accelerated.[Conclusions]3D simulation technology is of great significance for the development of prefabricated buildings.3D collision analysis and 3D simulation should be strengthened in the construction process to ensure project quality and schedule, which can provide certain reference for the application of 3D simulation technology in similar projects.
