Research on the Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Safety Management in University Laboratories
[Purposes]This study aims to analyze university lab safety management,propose improvement strategies based on safety and risk assessment theories,and build a more robust safety system.[Methods]This paper analyzes the safety management policies and research status of university laboratories,pro-poses improvement strategies based on safety management and risk assessment theory,and verifies its ef-fectiveness and feasibility through practical evaluation.[Findings]University laboratories are vital to education and scientific research,but their safety management still faces problems such as imperfect sys-tems,unclear responsibilities,and non-standard operations.[Conclusions]University laboratories should construct a perfect safety management system and strengthen management and risk assessment from the aspects of safety management goal setting,system construction,organization construction,safety education training and cultural construction,safety facilities and technical support.
