[目的]勘探开发的深入、井深的增加常常伴随着一定的钻井事故的发生,针对高温深井的不同工况选择适用的钻完井液体系,可以更好地实现安全钻井,提高产量.[方法]通过查阅大量文献,结合目前面临的难题及其研究进展,综述高温深井钻井过程所使用的钻完井液体系类型.[结果]现场钻遇高温深井时,容易出现机械转速低、钻井周期长等情况,可以根据不同地质因素或井下环境,优选出能够提高井壁稳定性,使钻速达到一定要求且满足储层保护的钻完井液体系,提高现场施工效率和质量.[结论]钻完井技术的快速发展,加速了石油与天然气的开采.高温深井钻完井液体系的研究具有重要意义.
Research Progress on Drilling and Completion Fluid Systems for High-Temperature Deep Wells
[Purposes]The deepening of exploration and development and the increase of well depth are accompanied by the occurrence of certain drilling accidents,and the selection of suitable drilling and completion fluid system for different working conditions of high-temperature deep wells can better achieve safe drilling and improve production.[Methods]In this paper,a large number of literatures are reviewed,combined with the current problems and research progress,and the types of drilling and completion fluid systems used in the drilling process of high-temperature deep wells are reviewed.[Find-ings]According to different geological factors or downhole environment,the drilling and completion fluid system that can improve the stability of the borehole,make the drilling rate meet certain requirements and meet the reservoir protection,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of on-site construction.[Conclusions]The rapid development of drilling and completion technology has accelerated the exploita-tion of oil and gas,and the research on high-temperature deep well drilling and completion fluid system is of great significance in the future.
