Research on the Evolution of Intellectual Property Policies in the E-commerce Field in Henan Province:2012-2023
[Purposes]This paper aims to review the evolution of intellectual property policies in the e-commerce sector of Henan Province,analyze their characteristics and trends,and provide guidance for lo-cal government policy-making.[Methods]The study uses quantitative analysis and text mining methods to explore the evolution of policy characteristics and policy priorities from the germination stage,rapid development stage,transitional stage to the normative development stage.[Findings]The results show that the number of intellectual property policy in the e-commerce field has been on an upward trend,and the policy themes have gradually shifted from actively establishing an intellectual property supervision system to practical guidance.[Conclusions]The study finds that the government departments have better grasped the orientation of each development stage and can timely adjust the policy focus according to the feedback from relevant participants.However,the current policy still has room for further optimization.
