Research on the Path of University Intellectual Property Information to Support Local Economic Development:Taking the Intellectual Property Information Service Center of Jing-gangshan University as an Example
[Purposes]This paper explores the current situation and suggestions of intellectual property in-formation service of local colleges and universities in the new era to help local economic development,in order to provide some reference for the work in related fields.[Methods]Taking the Intellectual Property Information Service Center of Jinggangshan University as an example,through the implementation of li-brary intellectual property information services,the key to the construction of library intellectual prop-erty information service content is clarified from four dimensions:content summary,regional distribution,service mode,and positioning analysis.[Findings]Suggestions on strengthening intellectual property in-formation service of university library are put forward,such as consolidating the foundation and continue to exert efforts;planing ahead and strengthening the team;relying on disciplines to transform and ex-pand;cooperating and sharing to achieve coordinated development.[Conclusions]In the central and western regions where the ability to provide intellectual property information services is weak,universi-ties should take an innovative path that takes into account university scientific research,national strategy,and regional economic development:streamlining the intellectual property information ser-vice system of universities,highlighting the service goals of intellectual property information services for scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation of universities,and giving full play to the role and effectiveness of intellectual property information services in the entire intellec-tual property chain.
