Patent Technology Analysis of Mass Analyzer for Mass Spectrometers
[Purposes]This study focuses on analyzing the technology of mass analyzers for mass spectrom-eters and analyzes their technological development and research routes,in order to provide reference for patent examination.[Methods]Through patent analysis,the quality analyzer technologies of mass spec-trometers were sorted out,and different types of quality analyzer technologies were analyzed.[Findings]Since 2012,China has conducted extensive research on mass analyzers for mass spectrometers,including time-of-flight mass analyzers,quadrupole mass analyzers,ion trap mass analyzers,Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass analyzers,and magnetic mass analyzers.Significant efforts have been made in the field of patents and certain achievements have been made.[Conclusions]The research in the field of mass spectrometer quality analyzer in China is gradually mature,which is helpful to the development of material analysis and detection in China.
