Practice and Optimal Exploration of Scientific and Technological Inno-vation Ecosystem in Henan Province
[Purposes]Based on the in-depth analysis of the core role of technological innovation ecosys-tem in promoting technological innovation capability,this paper comprehensively examines the practical effectiveness and existing problems in the construction of technological innovation ecosystem in Henan Province,aiming to provide targeted optimization suggestions for the construction of technological innova-tion ecosystem in Henan Province and even wider areas.[Methods]Through literature research,field in-vestigation and data analysis,this paper comprehensively sorts out the construction of scientific and tech-nological innovation ecology in Henan Province.[Findings]The research finds that although Henan Province has made remarkable achievements in the construction of scientific and technological innova-tion ecology,with continuous optimization of the innovation environment,improvement of innovation ca-pabilities,and effective implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,there are still some urgent problems to be solved,such as the lack of scientific and technological innovation talents,low efficiency of innovation platform resource integration,and financing difficulties for small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises.[Conclusions]Based on the above research results,this paper proposes optimization suggestions such as building a complete scientific and technological innova-tion platform system,strengthening the scientific and technological innovation financial support system,and fully releasing the effectiveness of innovation policies,providing useful references for improving the construction of scientific and technological innovation ecology in Henan Province and even the whole country.
