Research on Information Resources Construction of Local Think Tanks under the Background of New Think Tank Construction:Take Henan as an example
[Purposes]In order to meet the development needs of China's new high-end think tanks and improve the quality of local think tank construction,this paper investigates and studies the current situa-tion of local think tank information resources construction in China,reconstructs the new paradigm of lo-cal think tank information resources construction to serve the high-quality development of local economy and society.[Methods]This paper takes Henan province as an example,conducts a network survey on the information resources construction of 50 new think tanks in Henan,and analyzes the development sta-tus and existing problems of the information resources construction of local think tanks in Henan.[Find-ings]The investigation found that the information resources system construction is not perfect,the infor-mation talent team structure is not well organized,the level of information resources construction is not high enough,and the awareness of information resources cooperation is insufficient.[Conclusions]Tai-lored to the development of local think tank information resources in Henan province,it is proposed to ac-celerate the construction of local think tank information resources from the aspects of improving policy environment,enriching the construction of talent team,strengthening the construction of information re-sources,and establishing the think tank alliance,so as to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the construction of new high-end think tanks in China.
