锂离子电池热管理技术研究进展

[目的]随着锂离子电池的广泛应用,需要对影响锂电池使用性能和安全性的热管理技术加以关注和研究.[方法]综合分析了被动式、主动式和基于相变材料的复合式等三种热管理技术的差异,总结了几种主流热管理方式包括自然冷却、强制风冷等的优缺点和应用场景.[结果]无论是浸没式液冷还是液冷机,冷却效果均优于强制风冷和自然冷却,但应用会受到产品成本和密封性能的限制.[结论]通过对三种热管理技术的比较可知,主动式热管理的冷却效果优于被动式;基于相变材料的复合式热管理技术因具更良好的换热潜能也将得到研究和应用.
Research Progress of Thermal Management Technology for Lithium-ion Batteries
[Purposes]With the widespread application of lithium-ion batteries,thermal management tech-nology,which affects the performance and safety of lithium batteries,has received considerable attention and research.[Methods]This paper analyzes the differences among passive thermal management,active thermal management and composite thermal management based on phase change materials,and summa-rizes the advantages and disadvantages of free cooling,forced air cooling and so on.[Findings]Both im-mersion liquid cooling and liquid cooler have better cooling effects than forced air cooling and natural cooling,but their application is limited by product cost and sealing performance.[Conclusions]By com-paring the three thermal management technologies,it is known that active thermal management has bet-ter cooling effects than the passive way.Composite thermal management technology based on phase change materials,with better heat transfer potential,will also be rapidly developed.
