摘要

[目的]研究沱河埇桥区段水体溶解性有机物(DOM)的特征、来源,以及旱季涝季之间的变化,为解决沱河污染问题提供参考.[方法]以2022年沱河旱季涝季各个区段水体为研究对象,利用紫外-可见光谱技术,解析水体DOM的来源与特性,并探讨DOM组分物质旱季涝季的特征差异性和影响因素.[结果]结果表明,沱河涝季6月的DOM物质含量高于旱季1月,沱河流经宿州埇桥区后DOM含量明显增加,沱河DOM有明显的城市负荷.[结论]从沱河各个区段来看,总体变化趋势相似,自上游到中游由于经过城市区,DOM组分含量增加.沱河流埇桥区后涝季旱季的DOM组成与含量发生明显变化,且不同月份的负荷存在差异.

Abstract

[Purposes]This paper studies the characteristics and sources of DOM in various sections of the Tuohe River,as well as the changes between dry and flood seasons,so as to provide reference for solving the pollution problem of the Tuohe River.[Methods]The source and characteristics of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in the Tuohe River in 2022 were analyzed by using UV-VI spectroscopy,the temporal and spatial differences of DOM components and the influencing factors in the dry season and flood season were also discussed,and the DOM of Tuohe River has obvious urban load.[Findings]The results showed that the DOM content in June was higher than that in January in the dry season.The DOM con-tent in the Tuohe Rriver increased obviously after it passed through Yongqiao,Suzhou,and the DOM of Tuo River has obvious urban load.[Conclusions]The general trend of change is similar from the upper reaches to the middle reaches of Tuohe River,which leads to the increase of DOM content.DOM compo-sition and content of Tuohe River in Yongqiao district of Suzhou changed obviously in the post-flood sea-son,and the load in different months was different.
