流域综合治理方案探讨——以黄冈市巴河支流进士河为例

[目的]探讨流域综合治理及规划设计的方案思路.[方法]以黄冈市巴河支流进士河为例,在对流域现状进行调研和分析后,从防洪、水生态修复两个方面入手,提出控源截流、防洪灌溉、活水提质、生态修复、景观设计的综合治理方案.本工程的主要任务为治污、清淤、生态修复,兼顾景观、休闲、娱乐等功能.[结果]通过对进士河的流域综合整治,河段的防洪能力得到增强,水环境问题得以改善,有效地保护了进士河的水环境生态.打造生态功能型绿化景观,沿途周边生态环境将得到有效保护.同时,使工程建设破坏的生态环境得到有效治理和恢复.[结论]探索和推广适合本地区特点的其他流域环境整治,全面改善乡村流域环境,对促进乡村振兴与美丽乡村可持续发展具有重要意义.
Discussion on Integrated Management Scheme of River Basin—Take Jinshi River,A Tributary of Bahe River in Huanggang City as an Example
[Purposes]This paper discusses the scheme idea of comprehensive watershed management and planning design.[Methods]Taking Jinshi River,a tributary of Bahe River in Huanggang City,as an example,after sufficient investigation and analysis of the current situation of the basin,from the two as-pects of flood control and water ecological restoration,the comprehensive treatment scheme of source control and flow closure,flood control and irrigation,fresh water quality improvement,ecological restora-tion and landscape design is proposed.The main tasks of the project are pollution control,silting and eco-logical restoration,taking into account the functions of landscape,leisure and entertainment.[Findings]Through the comprehensive regulation of the Jinshi River basin,the flood control capacity of the river section is enhanced,the water environment problems are improved,and the water environment ecology of the Jinshi River is effectively protected.The ecological chain is reconstructed to create ecological func-tional green landscape,and the surrounding ecological environment will be effectively protected along the way,and the ecological environment destroyed by the construction can be effectively managed and re-stored.[Conclusions]It is of great significance to explore and promote the environmental remediation of other river basins suitable for the characteristics of this region,comprehensively improve the environ-ment of rural basins,and create a new rural image,which is of great significance to promote rural revital-ization and sustainable development of beautiful villages.
