Research on Influencing Factors of Innovation Efficiency of High-tech Industry in Central China
[Purposes]As the main driving force of economic development,technological innovation con-tributes to the sustainable and healthy development of domestic economy.Identifying and analyzing the factors affecting the efficiency of technological innovation of high-tech industries in central China in a scientific way is of great significance for promoting the balanced development of regional economy and enhancing the overall scientific and technological competitiveness of the country.[Methods]In order to deeply understand the development status of high-tech industry in central China,according to technol-ogy research and development stage and technology transformation stage,the Tobit model is used to ana-lyze the factors of innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in six provinces in central China,and based on this,specific development suggestions are put forward.[Findings]The results show that the in-fluencing factors of different activity stages of high-tech industry have different effects on innovation effi-ciency:expanding the scale of enterprises can effectively improve the innovation efficiency of technology research and development stage and technology transformation stage;deepening the cooperation of indus-try,university and research and expanding the opening to the outside world have improved the innovation efficiency of technology research and development stage;the quality of scientific and technological per-sonnel promotes the improvement of innovation efficiency in the transformation stage,while government support has an inhibitory effect on innovation efficiency;the impact of research and development inten-sity and regional property right structure is not significant.[Conclusions]The research conclusion can provide support for the relevant policies of constructing high-tech industry development system in the central region in the new era.
