Analysis of the Development of Innovative Industrial Clusters in Henan Province
[Purposes]In order to improve the high-quality development of innovative industrial clusters in Henan Province,this paper studies the innovative industrial clusters in Henan Province to comprehen-sively enhance the core competitiveness of the clusters.[Methods]Based on the statistical data of China Torch,this study expounded the agglomeration capacity,linkage development status,construction of in-novation platform and innovation service institution,and development effectiveness of eight innovative in-dustrial clusters in Henan Province.[Findings]Since eight innovative industrial clusters have limited scale development,there lacks high-quality enterprises,senior talents,and high-level innovation plat-forms.[Conclusions]It is suggested to give full play to the policy advantages of the high-tech zone,im-prove the supporting facilities,and provide better environmental guarantee for the development of cluster enterprises;provide industrial support for the development scale of enterprises,improve and optimize the industrial chain;strengthen the introduction and training of talents;support enterprises in the cluster to establish high-level R&D centers.
