基于改进机器学习的继电保护定值智能校验研究

[目的]电力系统运行方式和控制策略的不断变化,导致继电保护定值方法也需不断调整,以确保各种情况下的正确动作.然而,在调整适应的过程中其易受外界因素的干扰,导致定值校验的精度较低,因此,提出了基于改进机器学习的继电保护定值智能校验研究.[方法]首先,构建继电保护故障数据集,用于训练和优化机器学习模型;其次,利用改进后的机器学习方法建立继电保护定值智能排序模型,自动对保护定值进行智能排序;最后,通过智能校验继电保护定值,实现对电力系统故障的快速响应和准确保护.[结果]实验结果表明,该校验方法能够不受外界环境干扰,且继电保护定值校验精度较高.[结论]采用该校验方法可以在提高校验精度的同时,确保电力系统的稳定运行.
Research on Intelligent Verification of Relay Protection Setting Based on Improved Machine Learning
[Purposes]Due to the constantly changing operation mode and control strategy of the power system,relay protection setting methods need to adapt to these changes to ensure correct operation in various situations.However,in the process of adjusting adaptation,it is easily affected by external fac-tors,resulting in low accuracy of fixed value verification.Therefore,the research on intelligent verifica-tion of relay protection setting based on improved machine learning is proposed.[Methods]Firstly,a re-lay protection fault dataset is constructed for training and optimizing machine learning models.Then,an improved machine learning method is used to establish an intelligent sorting model for relay protection settings,which automatically performs intelligent sorting on the protection settings.Finally,by intelli-gently verifying the relay protection settings,fast response and accurate protection against power system faults can be achieved.[Findings]The experimental results show that the proposed verification method is not affected by external environmental interference,and the accuracy of relay protection setting verifi-cation is high.[Conclusions]The use of the designed method ensures stable operation of the power sys-tem while improving calibration accuracy.
