深基坑工程对既有地铁结构影响的研究

[目的]研究如何有效控制深基坑施工对既有地铁结构的影响,在此基础上,研究两者结构净距、开挖深度及降水等因素对产生结构变形的关联性.[方法]以某市在建地铁车站对既有地铁线路的影响为例,采用车站主体端头加固、围护结构地连墙槽壁加固和既有线路结构监测施工等技术,研究深大基坑施工过程中对地铁既有线路的影响规律.[结果]研究表明:①地铁隧道在建基坑施工时,在土方开挖前对近地铁侧进行加固是必要的;②当在建基坑与既有地铁线路隧道净距大于18m时,施工对既有地铁线路的影响可控制在有限范围内;③当土方开挖面处于隧道底标高以下时,隔离桩加固等措施对既有地铁线路的保护作用将会减弱,同时受降水、开挖速度等因素的影响,隧道变形速率会成倍增加.[结论]由此说明,近地铁侧深大基坑施工对既有地铁线路有影响,此影响与距离及开挖深度存在一定的关联,施工前应采取主动预防措施.
Research on the Influence of Deep Foundation Pit Engineering on the Structure of Existing Subways
[Purposes]This paper aims to study how to effectively control the influence of deep foundation pit construction on the existing subway structure,and on this basis,the correlation analysis of the struc-tural clear distance,excavation depth and precipitation on the formation of structural deformation is stud-ied.[Methods]This paper takes the influence of the subway station under construction on the existing subway line in a city as an example,the influence law of deep and large foundation pit construction on the existing subway line is studied by using the technology of station main end reinforcement,retaining struc-ture diaphragm wall reinforcement and the monitoring construction of existing line structure.[Findings]The research shows that:①It is necessary to strengthen the adjacent side of subway tunnel before the exca-vation;②When the net distance between the foundation pit under construction and the existing subway line is greater than 18 m,the influence of construction on the existing subway line can be controlled within the limit range;③When the excavation surface is lower than the elevation of the tunnel bottom,the protection of the subway line will be weakened by measures such as seismic isolation pile reinforcement,and at the same time,the deformation rate of the tunnel will increase exponentially under the influence of precipita-tion,excavation speed and other factors.[Conclusions]The results show that the construction of deep foun-dation pit near the subway has influence on the existing subway lines,the influence is related to the distance and excavation depth to some extent,and proactive preventive measures should be taken before construction.
