4D打印技术发展研究进展

[目的]为促进制造模式的升级和转型,使制造出的物品能够在复杂多变的条件下完成特定任务,研究4D打印技术迫在眉睫.[方法]梳理了4D打印技术所采用的形状记忆智能材料,着重介绍了形状记忆聚合物和形状记忆陶瓷4D打印技术,分析了行业领头军华中科技大学和卡本有限公司有关4D打印技术的发展现状和发展路径.[结果]目前,4D打印技术多采用形状记忆聚合物和形状记忆陶瓷,材料的使用具有局限性,与其他智能生产方法融合性不高,对于4D打印技术的研究更注重产品的可制备性,而对工艺的优化设计和对产品经济性、工业性和产业性缺少考量.[结论]未来4D打印技术的发展可从突破制备材料的局限性,精度控制难度、变形速度和程度,以及制备设计成本等方面着手,推动智能材料的研发到复杂结构的精确塑造,从医疗领域的应用到工业制造的全面升级.
Research on Development of 4D Printing Technology
[Purposes]To facilitate upgrading and transformation of manufacturing patterns and enable manufactured objects to complete specific tasks under complex and variable conditions,it is imminent to study 4D printing technologies.[Methods]The shape memory smart materials used in 4D printing tech-nology are sorted out,and the 4D printing technology of shape memory polymer and shape memory ce-ramic is mainly introduced.The development status and path of 4D printing technology of the two indus-try leaders,Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Carbon Co.,Ltd.,are analyzed.[Find-ings]At present,4D printing technology mostly uses shape memory polymers and shape memory ceram-ics.The use of materials has limitations,and the integration with other intelligent production methods is not high.The research on 4D printing technology pays more attention to the manufacturing of products,but lacks consideration of process optimization design and product economy as well as industry.[Conclu-sions]In the future,the development of 4D printing technology should focus on how to break through the limitations of preparation materials,lower the difficulty of precision control,decelerate the speed and re-duce the degree of deformation,and save cost of preparation and design,so as to promote the research and development of smart materials and the accurate shaping of complex structures,thus achieving the comprehensive upgrading from the application in the medical field to industrial manufacturing.
