摘要

[目的]针对技术特征堆叠式权利要求,采用常规检索思路难以获得有效对比文件,应研究如何拓展检索思路,提取准确关键词,以快速获得有效对比文件.[方法]从专利申请案例出发,分析常规检索策略的局限性,提出将离散的技术特征转化为整体功能性执行机构的关键词的检索策略,并进一步总结其他可能采用堆叠撰写方式的执行机构类型.[结果]上述检索策略明显提高了检索的快捷性和有效性.[结论]对于技术特征堆叠的权利要求,可根据其运动转化方式,将离散的技术特征转化为整体功能性执行机构的关键词进行检索.

Abstract

[Purposes]In response to claims with stacked technical features,it is difficult to obtain effec-tive comparison documents using conventional searching methods.This study aims to explore how to ex-pand search approach,extract accurate keywords,and quickly obtain effective comparison documents.[Methods]Starting from patent application,this paper analyzes limitations of conventional search strate-gies,proposes a search strategy that transforms discrete technical features into keywords of functional ac-tuator,and further summarizes other types of mechanisms that may be written with stacked technical fea-tures.[Findings]The above search strategy significantly improves the speed and effectiveness.[Conclu-sions]For claims written with stacked technical features,discrete technical features can be transformed into keywords of functional mechanical actuator based on their motion transformation form.
