Intellectual Property Disputes and Protection of Photovoltaic Industry
[Purposes]This paper is committed to focusing on the current cyclical predicament of the pho-tovoltaic industry,sorting out the intellectual property disputes,and putting forward protection counter-measures from the perspective of exercising patent rights.[Methods]By investigating the dynamic public opinion of the industry and sorting out the thinking and suggestions in the work of intellectual property rights,this paper analyzes the internal and external situation of the photovoltaic industry at home and abroad,the actual difficulties of the industry and the cases of intellectual property disputes since 2023;at the same time,the recommended patent protection strategy is described from the perspective of patent rights.[Findings]Photovoltaic industry has high technological maturity and great market potential,but its intellectual property protection is weak,resulting in the fast and malicious spread of technology,caus-ing overcapacity in the industry.[Conclusions]It is suggested to call on the photovoltaic industry to pay attention to technological breakthroughs and intellectual property protection,and guide the market back to a positive and healthy development track,so that the industry can develop as soon as possible.
