摘要

[目的]针对压缩机保护技术专利申请进行分析,梳理压缩机保护技术的发展现状和趋势,以期为国内企业如何进行专利布局、规避风险以及拓展海内外市场提供专利指引.[方法]采用文献综述,对压缩机保护技术专利文献进行分析,重点对压缩机保护技术专利申请量、全球专利布局、主要申请人、全球重要申请人技术布局等进行分析.[结果]我国压缩机专利技术处于快速发展期.国内重要申请人较少,基础技术主要集中在国外,压缩机保护技术的发明广度和深度还有很大的发展空间;海外专利布局力度低,面临巨大挑战.[结论]国内企业要不断加大自主技术研发力度,不断加强专利申请管控,提高专利质量,进一步促进压缩机保护技术发展,拓展海外市场.

Abstract

[Purposes]This paper aims to analyze the patent applications for compressor protection tech-nology,sort out the development status and trend of compressor protection technology,in order to provide patent guidance for domestic enterprises on how to carry out patent layout,avoid risks and expand domes-tic and foreign markets.[Methods]Through literature review,this paper analyzes the compressor protec-tion technology,focusing on the analysis of the number of patent applications for compressor protection technology,the global patent layout,the main applicants,and the technical layout of important applicants in the world.[Findings]China's compressor patent technology is in a period of rapid development.There are few important applicants in China,and the basic technology is mainly concentrated in foreign coun-tries.There is still a lot of room for development in the breadth and depth of invention of compressor pro-tection technology;the overseas patent layout is poor and faces great challenges.[Conclusions]Domestic enterprises should continue to strengthen independent technology research and development as well as application control,improve patent quality,further advance technology development,and expand over-seas markets.
