Research on Deep Integration Strategy of Henan Laboratory System and Capital Market
[Purposes]This paper aims to cultivate strategic forces that support the development of innova-tion-driven development in Henan province,accelerate the formation of a provincial laboratory system with sound systems,complete functions,open competition,and vitality,explore the integration laboratory system and social capital,and improve financing capabilities.[Methods]Based on the current status of the construction of the Henan laboratory system,as well as potential needs and necessity of connecting with the capital market,this paper summarizes the characteristic advantages and existing problems and at the same time,the analogy is used to compare the successful experience of the domestic and foreign representative laboratories connecting the capital market.[Findings]Henan laboratory system has out-standing ability to connect with the capital market and has broad development prospects,but there is still a certain degree of gap with advanced countries and regions in terms of financial support,scientific and technological innovation,and connecting methods.[Conclusions]From the perspectives of policy sup-port,the direction of capital market development,financing methods,and technology and financial envi-ronment,it proposes a strategy of deep integration between the Henan laboratory system and capital mar-ket in order to improve the scientific and technological innovation effect of the laboratory and promote the accurate transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
